Now, we would like to announce the winners of the ‘Bonus Reward’ from the free-to-play events(Link[global.battlegrounds.pubg.com]). Bonus Rewards & How to Claim Them
- Prizes(Alienware x15 / Xbox Series X / PlayStation 5 / Razer Kraken V3 Hyper Sense)
- To deliver the prizes to all winners, we will collect personal information such as the addresses of winners. Please read the following carefully and send the required information to the specified e-mail address. A separate e-mail will be sent to the winners’ KRAFTON ID.

- A screenshot of your lobby showing only your character and your in-game nickname (screenshots which include squad members won’t be accepted).
- If you have changed your in-game nickname since the participation, please take a screenshot showing your current in-game.
- A screenshot of your lobby showing only your character and your in-game nickname (screenshots which include squad members won’t be accepted).
- Things to note
- Prizes will be shipped in late March after all the winners’ information are collected.
- Additional costs such as customs duties and taxes may occur.
- Prizes cannot be transferred or delivered to another individual. If you wish not to receive the prize, please state in the e-mail.
- If we don’t receive contact from the winners or if they wish not to receive the prizes, we will proceed with a re-draw and announce the new winners.
- 10,000 G-Coin
- G-Coin will be delivered to the winners’ accounts right after the release of the announcement. In case you don’t receive them, please contact our Player Support.
